South Rose Travel, a fresh start in new places
Welcome to the site. My name's Nyssa and I'm at the beginning of a major new chapter in my life. I've just spent the past 9 years living and working abroad in the beautiful city of Ottawa, Canada. The next few months will be the start of a new adventure as I move back home to England, do some travelling and create something different for myself. This site is going to be all about my fresh start and exploring new places, from small day trips and weekends away to multi-city trips over the course of a week or more to explore new places, countries and cultures. I'll be taking you along for the journey, sharing my what I learn and experience along the way.

Soon, you'll be able to browse an array of products in the online store (coming soon). Travel can be an incredibly inspiring activity and I'll be harnessing these experiences into creating art prints, homewares, stationery and accessories for you to enjoy.
As you get to know me through my blog posts you'll notice how much I love to plan and create. I'm someone who has a bit of anxiety around the unknown and to calm that feeling I find it helps to plan things out ahead of time to mentally prepare myself for what to expect.
